Jharkhand Rasoi™ is a vegetarian pizza and food brand operating in Jharkhand, India. This website is a marketing and WhatsApp-ordering platform — it has no server, no online payment gateway and no customer database. Orders are completed directly with the branch through WhatsApp or phone.

02Use of the Website

• Content on this website is for general information and ordering convenience only.
• You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, or copy its branding or content for commercial use.
• The Jharkhand Rasoi™ name and logo are brand assets of the business; ™ is used as a brand mark and does not by itself claim completed trademark registration.

03Menu, Pricing & Availability

• Prices shown on this website are current outlet prices in Indian Rupees (₹) and may change without notice.
• Item availability can vary by branch, time and ingredient supply. The WhatsApp message you send lists outlet prices; the branch confirms availability and the final payable total before your order is accepted.
• All items are 100% vegetarian. Images are illustrative; actual products may vary in appearance.

04Order Confirmation

• Tapping "Order" on this website opens WhatsApp with a prefilled message. An order is placed only when you press Send and the branch confirms it in the chat or by phone.
• No order is recorded or stored by this website itself.
• The branch may decline or cancel an order if items are unavailable, the delivery address is outside its service area, or payment cannot be arranged.

05Branch Service Areas

Each branch (Chitarpur, Gola and Ramgarh) serves its own local area. Delivery availability and any delivery charge are confirmed by the branch before billing. If your location is outside a branch's service area, pickup may be offered instead.

06Delivery Estimates & Delays

Any delivery time shared by the branch is a good-faith estimate, not a guarantee. Delays can occur due to rush hours, weather, traffic or unforeseen events. We promise fresh food and honest communication — not stopwatch timing. See our Delivery Policy.

07Payment Arrangements

• This website does not collect payments. Payment is arranged directly with the branch (for example, cash or UPI on delivery/pickup), as guided in your WhatsApp chat or call.
• Always confirm the final amount and payment method with the branch before paying.

08Offers & Coupons

• Offers on this website are informational, may change or end without notice, and apply only when confirmed by the branch at the time of ordering.
• Offers cannot be clubbed together unless the branch explicitly says so; add-ons (like Extra Cheese at ₹20) are charged per pizza.

09Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations are handled by the branch and depend on order progress — orders already prepared or out for delivery usually can't be cancelled. Refund handling is detailed in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

10Customer Responsibilities

• Provide an accurate name, phone number and delivery address in your WhatsApp message.
• Mention any food allergies before ordering so the branch can advise you — ingredients are shared honestly.
• Be available at the delivery address / phone to receive the order.

11Complaints & Contact
